Grantown Visitor Badges
Grantown on Spey has a long tradition based around the environment and the outdoors. The community own The Anagach woods, an area of forest of native pine. The area is a breeding ground for many animals, birds, reptiles and insects. It is also a great area for a stroll amidst the quiet and protected surroundings.
The paths are maintained and the walks are clearly marked. The area is suitable for disabled access.
Maintenance of these facilities does not com cheap, and as a result, to support the management of the woodland, Grantown on Spey has produced our own collectors pin badge. The logo, created by a local artist, depicts the best the area has to offer, symbolising the mountains, woodlands and river.
These badges are available in many places within the town, usually through the accommodation providers, and are now available here through VisitGrantown.
Each badge is £2, including UK postage, and ALL receipts are ploughed back into environments initiatives in the area. The badges can be bought on line, and delivered to your door by using the below payment method. Please purchase one, or maybe 2, to help the wildlife on Speyside.
