From our elevated position in Dulnain Bridge just 3 miles from Grantown, in the heart of The Cairngorm National Park, our 4 star B&B has panoramic views. Our highlands-escape provides you with a quality B&B, with two spacious bedrooms on the first floor each with large powerful showers en suite. We provide hospitality trays, Sky Freeview and free WiFi. Start your day with a hearty breakfast cooked in the Rayburn and served as you enjoy the scenery of our highland garden with the backdrop of the mountains; watch our frequent visitors of many species of wild birds and the delightful Red Squirrels feed and play.
We are ideally situated to explore the magnificent scenery, bird watching, Capercaillie (April-May), experience the Whisky Trail, enjoy walking, climbing, cycling, golf, fishing, or participate in outdoor activities at Craggan Outdoors or Rothiemurchus, or Castles and stunning Lochs within easy reach. Ski at The Lecht & Cairngorm centres, we provide a drying room for your outdoor gear/boots.
Grantown is just 5 minutes drive, as is Nethybridge, Boat of Garten just 6 miles and Muckrach Lodge Restaurant is just .7 of a mile walk/drive. You are also welcome to bring in a take-away/picnic to eat in the dining room or use the garden table.At the end of the day guests are welcome to relax either in the garden or with a book in the guest relaxation area, with local information to help you plan your day; or be challenged at Jenga!
