At the Grantown Museum, you will find a warm welcome. The museum is operated on a daily basis by a team of enthusiastic volunteers, and a professional, and knowledgable manager.

The museum is located at Burnfield House, which was purchased by the museum trust in 1995. The museum is an ongoing community project.

The museum promotes an informal atmosphere, and visitors are encouraged to spend as long as they need for their visit.

Grantown museum tells the historical story of the beginnings of Grantown on Spey, to the present day. With several static and temporary exibits.

The museum is a great source of research and genealogy & local history.

Grantown is the traditional home of
the Clan Grant and the museum receives frequent visits and enquiries from Grants across the world.
