Visit Grantown on Spey

VisitGrantown is excited to announce the inclusion of the Grantown Community website of Grantownonspey.com. The tie up was finalised on the 27th March 2010, and will no doubt prove to be a winner for business, community and the tourist trade.

There is now a one stop shop at www.VisitGrantown.com for the needs of all groups. The new website is maintained from within the town, and as such is always up to date and relevant. Local businesses are encouraged to enter their details within the content. There is now a small charge to do so, but over 30% of the basic listing fee is being returned to the community.

Grantownonspey.com, was until recently, managed through the Grantown on Spey Initiative. The initiative was unable to fund the management of the site, and this is a new way of organising a community / business portal that offers a financial benefit to the community.

The site is now open to interested parties to add their own dynamic content, to community groups to inform and market their own activities, and the business sector.
